The Graduation Ceremony for the academic year 2025 will be held as follows.

Tuesday, March 24th, 2026, from 10:00 am (Doors open at 8:50 am)
(Graduates should enter by 9:30 am)

Ishin -TAIKO Arena
(4-1-1 Ishin Memorial Park, Yamaguchi)

Eligibility

Students who complete Master’s program, Professional Degree program and graduate from undergraduate faculty

Program

  • Opening address
  • Conferment of diploma
  • Message from the president
  • Message from the president of the alumni association
  • Message from the current student representative
  • Messages from graduating representatives of graduate schools and faculties
  • Commendation
  • Closing address

 

※Please refrain from arriving by car, as heavy traffic is expected in the surrounding areas of the Ishin Memorial Park due to the ceremony. Free shuttle bus service between each campus and the venue is available for students and parents. Please check the shuttle bus schedule and stops below.

To Graduates

About the Livestream

For those who are unable to attend in person,?the ceremony will be live-streamed on YouTube. Please feel free to watch it. The video will also be available for viewing for several days after the ceremony.

About AR Photo Frames

To celebrate your graduation, we have created Yamaguchi University original AR photo frames. You can take commemorative photos anywhere, such as at the ceremony venue or on campus. We hope you capture your special day in these photos.

How to use

  1. Scan the 2D code below with your smartphone or access the URL via your smartphone to launch the camera.
    * If you are asked for permission to use the camera, please approve it.
  2. ?The photo frame will appear on the camera screen. Press the capture button at the bottom of the screen to take a photo.
    * After the AR content is displayed, you can move, enlarge, or shrink the position of ‘Yama-Me’.
    * Use the button in the lower-left to switch frames, and the button in the lower-right to switch between the rear and front cameras.
  3. ?Save the captured image by following the instructions on the screen.
